Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped AFTER Paypal has authorized your payment or your check or money order clears our bank.

All orders are charged $5.95 flat rate shipping to the Continental United States only.

Shipping is FREE for every order over $200.00 and sent Priority Mail.

We only ship to addresses in the Continental United States at this time.

You will receive shipping confirmation via email.

All claims of damage, shortage, or errors in shipping must be reported to Elemental Balance within 24 hours following delivery.  See “Returns” for more information.

If 24 hours have expired and no claims are made, you are deemed to have accepted the product(s) in satisfactory condition. 

After such acceptance, you will have no right to reject your order for any reason or to revoke acceptance. 

With every purchase, you agree that a 24-hour (1 day) period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection and revocation.

We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Sorry, COD's are NOT available at this time.

We only ship inside the US.

Alternate Shipping Addresses:

Customers may request to ship to an alternate address providing the address is not to a PO Box.

Shipping Damage:

We pack orders carefully and experience very little damage.
If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will replace items unless they are one-of-a-kind in which case we will offer you other choices.

Be advised most carriers will want to pick up damaged goods and the package so please do not throw anything away.

Elemental Balance will replace the damaged product at no additional cost after we have verified that the shipment's item(s) was, in fact, damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.

Returns:

We work very hard to maintain consistent quality in our products but some variation in color, style, quality, etc. is inevitable.   Elemental Balance inspects each item by hand prior to packaging to insure accuracy.

If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours. 

Orders may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus postage. 

Special Order items may not be returned.

You may return merchandise in its original, unused condition, carefully packaged for a refund or replacement with similar or other products of equal value. 

We will only accept returns of unused products that have seals intact.

When packaging your order for return to Elemental Balance, all labels must be removed from your shipping box, and any postage marks must be covered up before shipping the returned order back to Elemental Balance.  Be sure to include your name so we can issue a credit/refund.

You are responsible for return postage.  We do not issue call tags or accept COD’s.

We are not responsible for items not insured that may be lost or damaged during return shipping.  Elemental Balance will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in return shipping.

Elemental Balance reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if the above conditions are not met. 

Elemental Balance will not issue credit for unpaid merchandise.
