How to Place an Order

Order Processing:

We only accept orders from the website.  We do not staff a telephone line at this time.

At this time, we offer Paypal so you can use your credit card.  We will also accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks.

You will be e-mailed an order confirmation.

Standard orders of in-stock product will be verified, packaged, and shipped within 7-10 days after receipt of order.

You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

We do not have any minimum order requirements.

We are sorry but we cannot accept International orders.  We only accept orders from the 48 contiguous states.

Personal Check Policy:

All personal checks must be issued by a US bank.

Your name and address must be bank printed on the check.

Phone numbers must be present but may be written.

New checks may delay processing until cleared. 

Order processing will begin when payment is cleared.

Retail customers in Michigan will pay 6% sales tax on the subtotal order amount (shipping not included).

A $30 fee is applied to ALL returnedchecks.  If such activity incurs additional collection, legal, and/or court fees, those will be payable by you as well.

Backorders:

Unfortunately from time to time, we are unable to completely fill an order.  You will be contacted to see if you still desire the back ordered items.  Please specify when ordering if you do not wish to receive back ordered items.

Special Order Policy:

All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
